Full Journal pdf2014-04-18 House Journal Page 2577 HB 47 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2534) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 47(JUD) "An Act requiring a party seeking a restraining order, preliminary injunction, or order vacating or staying the operation of certain permits affecting an industrial operation to give security in the amount the court considers proper for costs incurred and damages suffered if the industrial operation is wrongfully enjoined or restrained." 2014-04-18 House Journal Page 2578 and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 47(JUD) am S "An Act requiring a party seeking a restraining order, preliminary injunction, or order staying the operation of certain permits affecting an industrial operation to give security in the amount the court considers proper for costs incurred and damages suffered if the industrial operation is wrongfully enjoined or restrained." (SCR 26 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Feige placed a call of the House. **The presence of Representatives Gruenberg, Costello, and Johnson was noted. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 47(JUD), thus adopting CSHB 47(JUD) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 47(JUD)?"
